How to structure your design orders

To help us deliver faster and more accurately:

  • Submit one format per project (e.g., logo, infographic, gif). This helps keep the feedback process focused and organized, making it easier to track revisions, avoid confusion, and ensure high-quality results for each asset.
  • If a design has multiple formats/sizes (e.g., banners for multiple platforms), group them in one order.
  • If the project is large (e.g., branding kit), no need to split — we’ll divide and prioritize internally.

Be clear and detailed in your briefs. Include:

  • Finalized copy and structure
  • Style references
  • Brand assets (logo, colors, fonts)
  • Target audience and purpose
